Classic Tea Trio - Organic

Originating from the small Yin Quan Tea Garden, Jiangxi province; a region famous for high-quality tea. This Organic Fairtrade Green Tea has superb, unique flavours due to the high mineral content of the soils. The distinctive shape is a result of the processing methods; where the leaves are steamed and rolled flat, which also contributes to the bright green colour and preservation of the delicate flavours.

This tea originates in the family-run estate of Tonganagaon, in the Brahmaputra Valley, Assam - a tropical monsoon climate, with high humidity and heavy rainfall providing the ideal environment for the growth of the tea bushes. The leaves are harvested from mature tea bushes and processed using traditional methods that preserve their natural flavour, aroma, and health benefits. The resulting tea is a rich, full-bodied blend with a malty flavour profile, a deep amber colour, and a robust aroma that will awaken your senses.

A tantalising organic Chai blend. The Rooibos base provides a naturally sweet and slightly nutty taste, while the Cacao shell adds a touch of indulgence. We have also combined Honeybush leaf, Cassia bark, Cardamom pod, Orange peel, and Clove bud to create a complex depth of flavour. Our Roiboos originates from the Cederberg Mountains in the Western Cape province of South Africa. The natural fermentation process of the tea results in its distinct rich ruby-red to brown colour. The leaves are then dried in the warm African sun after undergoing the fermentation process.
