By accessing and using our website, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your use of our website, its content, and any services offered through it. Your use of our website constitutes your agreement to these terms, and we reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. 1. Shipping
a.) Timing. We generally aim to dispatch our orders within 2 working days after the order placement. However, delays are possible and we cannot guarantee orders will be delivered at any specific date. Estimated shipping times are subject to being placed before the daily cut-off time. We are not liable for any delays in shipping times.
b.) Courier. Our courier is Royal Mail, and we offer both second and first-class options for orders in addition to economy class International shipping. Our shipping costs are calculated based on weight and size dimensions. Orders will generally be packed into a 'large letter’ cardboard postal box, but may also be packed into a padded shipping envelope.
2. Cancellations
a.) Before dispatched. We are happy to accept order cancellations before we have dispatched the item and you will be offered a full refund to the price of the product/s including the delivery fees. To cancel your order contact us by email immediately and we will process the refund. The refund will be made using the same payment details as those used to pay for the product originally. Once the order arrives with you, this is now classed as a return, and you must follow the returns procedures.
3 Returns
a.) Receipt of Incorrect order. Upon receiving an order that does not match the one you placed with us, you should contact us within 14 calendar days and we will arrange the appropriate solution. You will be offered either a full refund using the same payment details as those used to pay for the product originally, or offered the option an exchange for the item you originally ordered. In both cases the shipping costs will be covered by Tsavori. All products must be returned in the same condition from that which they were sent. All refunds, if the product is deemed in the appropriate condition, are aimed to be processed within 14 working days.
b.) Receipt of damaged goods. Upon receiving products that were damaged in transit, we would ask that you contact us by email, and send photos of the condition of the product/s. We may offer a full refund using the same payment details as those used to pay for the product originally, or we will send out the same order again at no extra cost. In both cases the shipping costs will be covered by Tsavori. Please note that we will inspect each case to ensure no deception, and we would contact our courier, Royal Mail to investigate further. We aim to process refunds within 14 working days.
c.) General Returns. For those who may be unhappy with their order, or changed their mind, please contact us by email within 14 calendar days and we will be happy to discuss this. Assuming the product unopened, untampered, we may offer a full refund, but the return costs will not be covered by Tsavori. If you have opened the product and are unhappy with something, we would like to hear your feedback by email. We may offer a full refund depending on the circumstances. We aim to process refunds within 14 working days.
4. Pricing & inventory
a.) Incorrect pricing. if our prices have been incorrectly inputted at any time, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for this/these product/s during this time. A full refund will be processed using the same payment details as those used to pay for the product originally.
b.) Incorrect inventory reading. If an order is placed for a product that is out of stock, we will contact the buyer and offer details for when the item is expected to back in stock, or cancel the order and offer a full refund.
5. International shipping
a.) Customs. For international orders that may involve customs, the buyer is responsible for payment of any duties or tax which may apply once we have shipped the order. Ensure to comply with all relevant local laws regarding the import of foreign goods.
6. Your responsibilities
a.) Website usage. As the customer, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details; including contact details, passwords, or any saved payment details. If you believe your account is compromised, please make efforts to reset your password. Please ensure all the details that you provide us with are correct. We make our best efforts to ensure the website, and your personal information is safe and protected. Tsavori reserves the right to refuse access to the website, and delete accounts at our discretion.
7.) Your conduct
By accessing and using our services, you agree to conduct yourself in a responsible and appropriate manner. Specifically, you agree to the following terms:
a.) You will not use our services for any illegal purposes
b.) You will not use our services to harass, abuse, or harm another person, or to post any content that is defamatory, obscene, or offensive.
c.) You will not use our services to interfere with the functioning of our services or network, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
d.) You will not use our services to distribute spam or other unsolicited commercial messages.
e.) You will not use our services to upload or distribute viruses, worms, or other malicious software.
8.) Governing Laws & Jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by and written in accordance with the governing laws of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to alter any part of our website, at any time.
10. Payment Methods
Our website accepts payments through Stripe. By using Stripe as our payment processor, we are able to offer a secure and convenient payment experience for our customers. Stripe accepts the following card types: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club. Please note that other payment methods, such as PayPal, are also an available option for payment. Stripe is a PCI Service Provider Level 1, which is the highest level of certification available in the payments industry. Your financial information is securely stored and processed by Stripe, and we do not store or have access to your full credit card information. Please note that by using Stripe as our payment processor, you are also agreeing to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which outlines the terms and conditions of using the Stripe payment platform. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our payment methods at any time, and to refuse or cancel orders if we suspect fraudulent activity or if there is an issue with the payment method used.
